Snow Patrol comes to the Millennium Forum on October 16, 2026 for an acoustic set that puts the focus back on what they’ve always done best: melodic songwriting, slow-burning builds, and those choruses that land without needing a wall of noise. Formed between Dundee and Northern Ireland in the mid-90s, the band has spent the last two decades moving between indie rock bite and post-Britpop sweep, with a knack for balancing intimate ballads and big, open-hearted hooks.
Stripped down, their bright guitar lines and careful dynamics get even more room to breathe, from the early edge of their first records through the wider, stadium-ready writing that took shape around Final Straw and Eyes Open, and into later material that brought in subtler textures. Now centered on Gary Lightbody, Nathan Connolly and Johnny McDaid, this acoustic date is a chance to hear the songs closer to the bone, with the details and emotion upfront.
