Ross From Friends is back in London with a month-long run that’s all about Felix Weatherall’s way of stretching “lo-fi house” into something bigger, warmer, and slightly skewed. On Friday 27 November 2026 at Phonox in Brixton, he brings his hazy, melodic touch to the dancefloor, where house lines blur into breakbeat, ambient edges and downtempo breathing space. Expect supple rhythms, worn-in textures and hooks that stick without ever feeling too polished.
Weatherall’s releases have always been more than functional club tools, from the emotional pull of Talk To Me You’ll Understand to the widescreen songwriting of Family Portrait and the sharper, more restless angles of Tread. This night sits right in that lane: music built for bodies in a room, but with enough detail and drift to feel like its own little world when the lights go low.
