Close encounter of the third kind between jazz and post-punk (UK)
The Falmouth quintet Moreish Idols has carved out a prominent place in the British rock scene. Signed to Speedy Wunderground, their two EPs, Float (2022) and Lock Eyes and Collide (2023), with a tense, staccato sound, have laid the groundwork for their first album All In The Game (2025), more expansive and nostalgic.
They have all enjoyed critical acclaim, notably from NME, Stereogum, The Fader, Clash, and BBC Radio 6 Music.
