Matilda Mann returns with Kismet and will stop by Rough Trade East in London on 9 September 2026 for an intimate, stripped-back performance followed by a signing session. A singer-songwriter who trained at the BRIT School, the London-based artist has since the late 2010s been shaping a sensitive folk-pop sound, where the guitar often takes the lead, carried by a hushed voice and tight, focused melodies. After a string of EPs that established her universe (If That Makes Sense, Because I Wanted You to Know, Sonder, You Look Like You Can't Swim) and a debut album in 2025, Roxwell, she opens here a new chapter with this record. Her lyrics seek truth in relationships, hesitations, and the details of everyday life, with a chorus that is discreet yet tenacious. An ideal date to hear these new songs up close, as close as possible to their writing.
