Acid Arab lands at Rockstore in Montpellier on January 8, 2027 with its Paris-born project led by Guido Minisky and Hervé Carvalho. For more than a decade, the duo has been carving out its own path: bringing techno together with the sounds of North Africa and the Middle East, without folklore or postcard clichés. In their tracks, acid lines and synthetic textures rub against percussion-driven rhythms, traditional melodies, and voices that occupy all the space.
On stage, Acid Arab functions as a meeting point: a club-oriented set, open to collaborations and instruments from other horizons. It moves forward in bursts of bass and repetitive motifs, veering when a melodic line or a vocal comes in to restart everything. A live show for those who enjoy the dancefloor becoming a space for mixing, precise and physical, without losing the thread.
