Info
On January 21, 2027, Feldup arrives at La Maroquinerie in Paris, with The Showerheads to give his repertoire a more direct, upfront version. Hailing from the French indie scene, he moves between alternative rock, indie, touches of emo, and ambient textures, with a pronounced taste for contrasts: melodic guitars that rub against dissonance, clear moments of tension, and a voice that favors nuance over showiness.
Live, one feels the introspective intensity of A Thousand Doors, Just One Key, and the more rock-leaning Stared at from a Distance, carried by a personal storytelling. The lyrics, often in English, delve into emotional fragility, isolation, and the bonds with others, in a world that leans as much toward 90s alternative as toward the New York revival of the 2000s. With The Showerheads, these songs take on a collective dimension—drier, more vibrant, and built for the live performance.
