Tank and The Bangas are heading to Vienna on December 6, 2026, to perform at the Flex with 'The Last Balloon Tour'. Born in New Orleans around the voice and lyrics of Tarriona 'Tank' Ball, the collective has built itself on the energy of open mics and a real sense of ensemble play: groove matters as much as the words, and the tracks shift without warning from singing to spoken word, from rap to soulful harmonies, with occasional forays into funk and rock. Since Think Tank (2013), the group has broadened its sonic palette year after year, notably with Green Balloon (2019) and Red Balloon (2022), where the writing opens up to an alternative soul infused with R&B and poetry. More recently, The Heart, The Mind, The Soul puts spoken word at the center again, in a more direct form, underscoring Tank's storytelling talent and the band's rhythmic precision. On stage, their strength remains the same: lyrics that snap, choruses that breathe, and a collective energy that keeps everything alive.
