Gyasi (pronounced 'Jassi') is on a mission to revive the flamboyant, multicolored spirit of 1970s glam rock, with all the sounds that accompany it. Between incendiary guitars, extravagant silhouettes, and boundless on-stage energy, the American artist builds a universe where rock rediscovers its taste for spectacle and excess.
Hailing from West Virginia and now based in Nashville, the gender-fluid artist nourishes their music as much with the glam of David Bowie and Marc Bolan as with hard rock, psychedelic rock, and blues. With four albums and a substantial number of international shows to their credit, Gyasi asserts their talents as both a songwriter and a guitarist, with a free and distinctive personality.
