On Thursday 8 October 2026 at Rough Trade Bristol, Brooklyn-based musician and visual artist Jhariah Clare brings his solo project Jhariah to the stage. Since first breaking out online in the late 2010s, he’s been shaping a personal lane where alternative rock, punk and emo collide with theatrical pop instincts and left-field electronic touches, all driven by a real sense of storytelling.
Built as much on contrasts as on catchy hooks, his songs jump between tense guitars, sudden tempo shifts and melodic choruses that feel like scenes from the same bigger narrative.
