HENGE arrives at Dabadaba, in Donostia / San Sebastián, on February 28, 2027, with its own sci-fi folklore and a fixed idea: to turn the venue into a space base for the duration of a concert. Formed in Manchester, the quartet tinkers with a blend they call 'cosmic dross,' somewhere between psych rock, space rock, electro and avant-pop. On stage, everything hinges on rhythmic tension and trance: bass at the forefront, motorized drums, swirling synths and acidic guitars, with a groove that flirts with both the rave and the prog.
After Attention Earth!, ExoKosm and Alpha Test 4, HENGE continues to expand its universe with Journey to Voltus B, a concept album that also plays with the vinyl format thanks to a double-groove pressing offering two possible endings. Between characters, mythology and a very physical energy, the band forges its path without worrying too much about fitting into a box, betting on a live show that is as narrative as it is danceable.
