Info
Polyphia arrives in Munich on November 27, 2026 at the Zenith Munich with its "Tour MMXXVI". Born in Texas around guitarists Tim Henson and Scott LePage, now joined by Clay Gober on bass and Clay Aeschliman on drums, the quartet has made instrumental music an ultra-hybrid playground. Starting from a metal and shred foundation, the band quickly veered toward a precise blend of prog, hip-hop, funk, pop and electronic textures, with rhythms drawing from trap and millimeter-perfect melodic lines. From Muse to New Levels New Devils, up to Remember That You Will Die, Polyphia plays on contrasts, virtuosity and the sense of the hook, without locking into a single style. As an opener, RJ Pasin pushes the grand cross even further. Based in New York, he blends guitar and production in a fusion where metalcore, deathcore, hyperpop, Jersey drill and R&B respond to one another, between heavy riffs, airier melodies and mid-song register changes. Discovered online with "Lobster", he embodies this generation of artists who naturally navigate between alternative scenes and rap codes. Another color on the program: Perturbator. Behind this name, the Parisian James Kent has shaped since 2012 a dark electronic scene between darksynth, synthwave, industrial and touches of metal, conceived as cyberpunk soundtracks. Albums like Dangerous Days, The Uncanny Valley or Lustful Sacraments establish a cold, frontal tension, recently extended with Age of Aquarius.
