On January 21, 2027, La Rue Kétanou arrives at the Espace Avel Vor in Plougastel-Daoulas with their distinctive way of bringing a song to life—free, collective, and fraternal. For more than twenty years, the group has moved by instinct, balancing barroom energy, choruses that bring people together, and a love of storytelling, carried by writing that hits the mark.
At the center is Florent Vintrigner’s pen, surrounded by Mourad Musset’s cross-border energy and Olivier Leite’s troupe spirit. By their side, accordionist Pierre Luquet, who joined in 2016, brings a nomadic breath that widens the horizon, while Narjess Saad, a percussionist trained by Guem and who has passed through Playing For Change, injects a hybrid, freer groove. On stage, La Rue Kétanou plays tightly, like a close-knit crew, and makes each piece a shared moment.
