Info
FORM brings together two projects with a taste for intimate, textural songwriting. On 17 November 2026 at Hare & Hounds, Birmingham, Lots of Hands share the bill with Sundots, plus special guests. Lots of Hands is the Newcastle–Leeds duo of Billy Woodhouse and Elliot Dryden, a collaboration that grew from a solo outlet into a shared writing space. Their songs weave indie folk, bedroom pop and ambient touches into looping guitars, murmured ballads and unhurried instrumentals. From mistake (2020) to there’s someone in this room just like you (2021) and fantasy (2023), they refined a remote exchange of demos that has shifted toward more direct co-writing, heard on into a pretty room for Fire Talk, where stripped folk sketches meet light electronic motifs and luminous textures. Sundots, the Connecticut project led by Drew Collins since 2019, moves between freak folk, ambient, slowcore and indie rock. The music advances at a quiet pace, balancing soft melodies with discreet layers; Honeyspot (2024) sharpened that blend, keeping the intimate feel while leaning into a cohesive live band dynamic.
