Jahneration will be at Le 106 in Rouen on March 10, 2027. Born in Paris in the early 2010s, the duo blends reggae, hip‑hop and dancehall accents in a bilingual format, alternating rapped flows and sung lines backed by a band of musicians. First noticed for their freestyles, they laid the groundwork with a self‑titled debut album, then broadened their scope with Stuck in the Middle and Higher: roots‑driven rhythms, digital textures, uptempo tracks and more introspective passages. Live, Jahneration brings these facets together without losing sight of a modern reggae that remains connected to hip‑hop. The repertoire draws on standout songs, a few collaborations and new material, with arrangements tailored for the stage: flexible grooves, precise riffs, call‑and‑response vocals and melodic choruses.
