The BLVR Festival will conclude its edition on June 13, 2026 at Canal 93 in Bobigny with an evening of live independent rap.
This first edition of the multidisciplinary festival dedicated to independent rap and the art of beatmaking takes place over four days at four distinct venues (Café La Pêche, Mains d’Œuvres, Ligne 13 and Canal 93), spread across several towns in Seine-Saint-Denis: Montreuil, Saint-Ouen, Saint-Denis and Bobigny.
Conceived as a major cultural, artistic and reflective event, the festival aims to spotlight independent figures in rap while providing spaces for transmission, analysis and exchange around the contemporary transformations of hip-hop and urban cultures.
