Everywhere at Once: Rizzle Kicks

Brighton’s own Rizzle Kicks hit the stage on Sunday 28 June 2026 at Patterns. Jordan Stephens and Harley Alexander-Sule revisit the duo chemistry that shaped their sound: a blend of UK hip-hop and pop-rap with touches of garage, soul and funk. Their live thing plays on contrast and connection — conversational bars bouncing off melodic hooks — keeping the energy light on its feet and heavy on groove.

Born from local workshops before a swift rise online, Rizzle Kicks set their blueprint with Stereo Typical (2011), then widened the frame on Roaring 20s (2013). After a pause for solo projects, the pair reunited in 2024 and returned to the studio for Competition Is for Losers (2025), a third album that opens up the palette without losing their knack for catchy refrains. On stage in Brighton, expect a tight run through new cuts and earlier favourites, delivered with that back-and-forth flow and clear, unshowy storytelling. A homecoming set that puts the focus where it belongs: two voices, sharp rhythms, and choruses built to stick.
