White Denim

White Denim land at MOTH Club in London on 10 September 2026 with their restless blend of rock that never sits still. Formed in Austin in 2006 around James Petralli with Steve Terebecki and Josh Block, the band cut its teeth as a power trio and built a sound that pulls from garage and psych, blues and soul, jazz fusion, punk and prog. Sharp turns, improvised detours and home‑spun recording gave their early years a raw, agile edge across Workout Holiday and Exposion, then Fits.

A shift came with guitarist Austin Jenkins in 2010, opening wider horizons on D and Corsicana Lemonade, where classic rock colors and soul influences met their taste for experimentation. Through changing line‑ups, Petralli remains the axis of the project, also known for his Bop English alias. The Radio Milk studio era anchors Stiff (2016), Performance (2018) and Side Effects (2019), followed by World as a Waiting Room (2020), the joint venture Raze Regal & White Denim Inc. (2023) and 12 (2024). On stage, expect tight grooves, quick gear changes and songs that stretch and snap back without warning — the kind of set that shows how much fun this band has messing with the edges of rock.
