Five Finger Death Punch headline OVO Hydro, Glasgow, on 17 January 2027. Formed in Las Vegas in the mid-2000s, the band forged a sound that blends heavy and groove metal with hard rock edges: thick riffs, straight-ahead rhythms and melodic hooks carried by Ivan Moody’s voice. From The Way of the Fist to the double set The Wrong Side of Heaven and later F8 and AfterLife, their catalogue navigates anger, trauma and social tension with an arena-ready punch.
Also on the bill, Lamb of God bring the Richmond, Virginia groove-thrash that made their name. Led by Randy Blythe with Mark Morton and Willie Adler on guitars, their set pivots between syncopated riffs and weighty grooves, drawing across two decades of records from Ashes of the Wake and Sacrament to their self-titled album and Omens.
From Glasgow itself, Bleed From Within round out the lineup with a modern metal mix of metalcore drive and melodic death influences. Early firepower on Humanity and Empire gave way to sharper songwriting on Era, Fracture and Shrine, where dense atmospheres meet high-energy rhythms.
