On 8 November 2026 at The 1865 in Southampton, Eyehategod bring the New Orleans sludge they forged at the end of the 80s: a slow, heavy spine drawn from doom, the jolt of hardcore punk and a bent blues sensibility. Feedback becomes part of the riff, noise bleeds between notes, and Mike IX Williams lets loose a rasping vocal while Jimmy Bower sculpts guitar figures that helped define the NOLA sound. Tempos lurch and repeat, lyrics circle themes of dependency, paranoia and Southern city life, and the whole thing runs on a tense balance between dragging weight and sudden eruptions. From early cuts like In the Name of Suffering and Take as Needed for Pain to Dopesick, their self-titled return and A History of Nomadic Behavior, the band has kept a raw, unvarnished approach built for the stage.
Special guests Rwake and Intercourse complete the bill.
