Doja Cat brings the Tour Ma Vie World Tour to Co-op Live, Manchester, on 23 May 2026. Born in Los Angeles, she has built a style that slips between rap, pop and R&B, from the early spark of Amala and the bright hooks of Hot Pink to the genre-crossing Planet Her. With Scarlet, she leans further into rap, sharper writing and darker textures while keeping a clear melodic instinct. On stage, she pivots easily from tight flows to sing-along refrains, threading bass-heavy beats, glossy synths and sly, rhythmic detours. The show navigates her catalog without forcing one mood, moving from dance-led anthems to more stripped-back moments, carried by choreography and a visual world that keeps shifting without losing focus.
Naomi Sharon opens the night. The Rotterdam singer moves in a quiet lane of contemporary R&B, neo-soul and downtempo, marked by a low, velvety voice and precise, minimal production. After early singles and theatre work, her debut album Obsidian sketched a measured, intimate palette with ambient shades and soft afropop accents. On stage, she builds slow-burning grooves and close-up storytelling, setting a calm, immersive tone before the main set.
