Augustana

Augustana returns to the UK after more than a decade with an intimate solo set at Òran Mór in Glasgow on 28 May 2026. Frontman Daniel Layus steps out alone at the piano, bringing the band’s songs back to their essentials: voice, keys, and the space around them. In this stripped setting, melodies open up, lyrics come to the foreground, and the grain of his vocal drives the stories that run through Augustana’s catalogue.

Formed in the early 2000s and long anchored by Layus, Augustana has evolved into his ongoing project on stage and on record.
