Info
On 28 June 2026 at Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Alanis Morissette brings the alt-rock songbook that took her from Ottawa to international recognition. After two early pop records in Canada, her move to Los Angeles led to Jagged Little Pill with producer Glen Ballard, a turn toward rougher guitars and introspective writing. The albums that followed — Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie, Under Rug Swept, Flavors of Entanglement, Havoc and Bright Lights, Such Pretty Forks in the Road — broadened the palette while keeping the focus on voice and lyrics. On stage she shifts between full-band energy and quieter passages, drawing across three decades of material.
Skunk Anansie share the bill. Formed in London in 1994 by Skin, Ace, Cass and later Mark Richardson, the band blends alternative rock, hard rock and punk with touches of funk and dub. Early releases Paranoid & Sunburnt, Stoosh and Post Orgasmic Chill set a tense, melodic framework; the 2009 reunion led to Wonderlustre, Black Traffic and Anarchytecture. Live, Skunk Anansie lean into a direct, dense sound and lyrics that tackle power, identity, sexuality and religion.
