Le Cannibale - Quantic, Coca Puma

During Milan Design Week 2026, Le Cannibale invites Quantic and Coca Puma to BASE Milano on Saturday 25 April 2026 for a night where club culture leans into global grooves. Two selectors, two perspectives, one dancefloor tuned to movement and curious ears, right in the heart of Milan at BASE Milano.

Quantic, the British producer and multi-instrumentalist also known as Will Holland, arrives with a deep bag and a long-running craft for hybrid sets. From his early Tru Thoughts years to projects like Quantic Soul Orchestra, Flowering Inferno and Ondatrópica, he’s built bridges between electronic production and the pulse of funk, soul, jazz and Afro‑Latin traditions. Expect a fluent arc that threads cumbia, salsa and Caribbean inflections with broken beat, disco and house, driven by percussion, bass and warm harmonic layers. His DJ sets balance heady detail and direct groove, switching tempos without losing the room. It’s a snapshot of a catalog shaped between Brighton, Cali and Brooklyn, translated for the club.

Coca Puma follows with a vinyl‑only selection that traces a line through funk, Brazilian sounds and electronics. Think rich textures, unhurried blends and percussion-forward cuts that keep the floor bright and fluid. Between rare grooves and contemporary edits, the set favors depth over flash, letting the records breathe and the rhythm carry.
