Info
Jason Ross brings The True North Tour to History in Toronto on December 20, 2026. The Los Angeles-based DJ and producer first made his mark in trance and progressive house before widening his palette toward melodic bass, melodic dubstep and vocal-driven EDM. After early releases in the 2010s, he joined Anjunabeats in 2014, a turning point that shaped his melodic writing and sense of progression. Over time, he has balanced refined builds inherited from trance with heavier, room-filling production.
On stage, Ross navigates the space between Anjunabeats and Ophelia, linking modern trance, progressive house and melodic bass in a fluid narrative. His set typically pulls from the Rooms EP (2019), debut album 1000 Faces (2020), the Convergence EP (2021) and Atlas (2022), mixing solo cuts with collaborations alongside Above & Beyond, Seven Lions, Ilan Bluestone, Dabin and Gryffin, plus remixes for names like Illenium, Arty and Mat Zo. The result is a show built on clear melodies, measured rises and bass-weighted drops, tailored to a large-room context while keeping the focus on detail and flow.
