Appetite returns to Chinois Ibiza on July 21, 2026, with Elliot Schooling and Liam Palmer at the helm. Childhood friends from East London and founders of the label/party, they refine a curation that crosses house, techno, UKG and minimal with dancefloor instinct and a local-scene sensibility. Their sets, taut yet agile, bridge the functional and the playful and lay the groundwork for an unadorned, dance-focused journey.
Skream joins with the versatility that took him from dubstep’s first wave into house and techno territories. With an ear for springy bass and UK-rooted breaks, he builds sets that breathe London and move effortlessly between hypnotic pulses and bursts of energy. Expect clear transitions, well-calibrated tension and basslines that push without overpowering.
From the British orbit, Luke Dean brings a garage‑infused house: bouncy bass, precise vocal lines and a groove that flows cleanly. His references run through MJ Cole, Todd Edwards and Grant Nelson, but he sounds current, direct and track‑ready. When he picks up the pace, he marries UKG’s elasticity with the punchy efficiency of vocal house.
