Major League Djz presents « Echoes of Tomorrow »

Major League DJz — the twin duo Bandile et Banele Mbere — bring their Echoes of Tomorrow show to Chinois Ibiza on 31 July 2026. Born in the Johannesburg club circuit, they’ve shaped a language where amapiano meets afro-house and 3-step, with percussion up front, supple basslines and slow-burn builds. Their sets glide from deep rhythms to future-leaning textures without losing the pulse, an approach honed as much on dancefloors as through filmed formats like Balcony Mix Africa and Piano City.

Echoes of Tomorrow place the Mask of Africa at the center, a visual marker the duo use to link roots and present. On stage, it becomes a thread running through hypnotic grooves, township energy, rolling log-drums and house tempos. Major League DJz bring that dialogue to Ibiza with a selection that opens space for guests and collaborations, while keeping the focus on movement and detail. Between their Untitled Audio projects and a global touring habit, they connect South African heritage with a wider electronic conversation — a live, evolving snapshot of where African dance music is heading, shaped for the Chinois sound system and the island’s night crowd.
