The Fray - Autumn Light Tour

The Fray brings the Autumn Light Tour to B-K in Stockholm on 30 October 2026. Born in Denver in the early 2000s, the band built its sound around piano-led alternative rock, sitting between pop rock and melodic ballads. Founded by singer‑pianist Isaac Slade and guitarist Joe King, The Fray shaped a writing style where spare guitar lines, tight vocal harmonies and lyrics about relationships and questions of faith set the tone.

Breakthrough came with the album How to Save a Life in 2005, fueled by Over My Head (Cable Car) and the title track, followed by The Fray in 2009, then Scars & Stories in 2012 and Helios in 2014, which opened the door to brighter pop touches and airy textures. On stage, the band leans into that balance: piano and guitar up front, rhythms that lift and drop without excess, melodies carried by clear voices. After years of touring across the US and Europe and a 2016 best-of that closed a first chapter, the Autumn Light Tour looks back across that catalogue while keeping the focus on songs—intimate, direct, built for a room that listens and sings along.
