Info
Korn bring their nu metal blueprint to Tauron Arena, Kraków, on November 17, 2026. Formed in Bakersfield in the early 1990s, the band carved a hybrid that stitches alternative metal to hip‑hop inflections and industrial textures. The core rests on the down‑tuned bite of James “Munky” Shaffer and Brian “Head” Welch, the percussive, rubbery bass of Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu, and Jonathan Davis’s vocals that move from hush to rupture. From the raw punch of the self‑titled debut and Life Is Peachy to the crossover of Follow the Leader and Issues, Korn set a template they’ve kept twisting: broader melodies on Untouchables, electronic detours on The Path of Totality, then a return to dense, riff‑led atmospheres on The Serenity of Suffering, The Nothing and Requiem.
On stage, Korn tighten everything: elastic grooves, syncopated chugs, abrupt breaks and choruses that cut through the low‑end fog, with Ray Luzier’s precise drive locking the whole thing in place. The set leans on early staples and newer cuts alike, shifting between claustrophobic tension and release without losing focus. A night built on low tunings, serrated riffs and cathartic refrains, carried by a band that has refined its impact without sanding down its edges.
