Leo Middea

On October 22, 2026, at Le Dodu in Marseille, Leo Middea returns with his full band. Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1995 and now based in Barcelona, this singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist shapes a sound where MPB (Brazilian popular music), samba and bossa nova meet influences from elsewhere. Over five albums and tours across many countries, he has refined clear, well-crafted songs propelled by precise guitar, a clean voice and a supple sense of rhythm.

In full-band formation, his pieces gain in scope: broader arrangements, more present rhythms, and space left for breathing and on-stage interplay. The set moves through calm tempos and livelier pulses, keeps Brazil as its throughline and opens more cosmopolitan passages without losing the simplicity of the melodies.
