Adèle Castillon

Adèle Castillon presents her solo project on April 8, 2027 at La Laiterie in Strasbourg. After the Videoclub adventure—the synth-pop duo that went viral with "Amour plastique" and closed the chapter with "SMS"—she is moving forward alone with French-language pop sculpted by synths and songwriting that stays close to the emotions. Her songs draw on breakups, emotional dependency and the upheavals of adulthood, told unvarnished, between candid moments that hit home and crystalline choruses.

On stage, she leans on the production work of Surkin to hone a clear sound at the crossroads of new wave and more contemporary electronic music. You can hear echoes of Taxi Girl, Chromatics or Madonna without any pastiche, carrying a homemade spirit inherited from her beginnings. Snapping drum machines, round basslines, luminous pads and forward vocals: the balance favors intimacy and lets the lyrics breathe.
