Jhariah « Trust Ceremony Tour »

Jhariah brings the Trust Ceremony Tour to Drake Underground in Toronto on June 25, 2026. Under his own name, New Yorker Jhariah Clare moves between alternative rock, punk and emo, with theatrical pop flourishes and a few electronic touches. First active online as ShinySwordStorm, he built a narrative-driven approach that plays with contrast and character, mirroring a visual world shaped by his background in illustration and 2D animation. After the 2017 single Catch Me If You Can and the debut album The Great Tale of How I Ruined It All in 2018, he kept refining the mix with the EP To Mend the Sun (2020) and A Beginner’s Guide to Faking Your Death (2021), where Needed a Change of Pace found a wider audience. A Beginner’s Guide to Luck & Liability followed in 2023, then the 2024 album TRUST CEREMONY, the core of this tour. On stage, expect sharp hooks, tense guitars and shifts that nod to cabaret, stitched into a set that folds the new album into earlier standouts. Along the way, Jhariah has collaborated across the US alternative scene with Telethon, Save Face, Henry d’Arthenay and Pinkshift, including the 2023 track Eat Your Friends.
