Info
Canadian-Moroccan singer and songwriter Faouzia brings her voice-first pop to Théâtre Beanfield in Montréal on August 22, 2026. Born in Casablanca and raised in Manitoba, she crafts songs built around clear melodies and a sharp sense of dynamics, moving between pop hooks, R&B textures, synth-led momentum and more stripped acoustic moments. First noticed through online covers and songwriting contests, she has since traced a path that blends immediacy with a slightly cinematic tension.
On stage, her delivery slips between English, Arabic and French, with inflections that thread through choruses and bridges rather than sitting on the surface. After the EPs Stripped and Citizens, Faouzia kept releasing singles before unveiling the album Film Noir in 2025. The set can draw from that period alongside earlier tracks like Knock on My Door or My Heart’s Grave, and nods to collaborations that marked her route, from Minefields with John Legend to club-leaning detours with David Guetta and Martin Solveig. A concert carried by voice, melody and a tight, modern pop production.
