On May 16, Interference invites Maraboutage to its rooftop.
Dancehall, shatta, baile funk and Afro sounds take over the rooftop in a new format.
Born in Marseille, the Maraboutage collective has established itself as a distinctive project on the global scene, developing hybrid formats in which DJ sets, dance and performance interact continuously.
For this event, the whole family will be present: DJs, dancers, performers, with an approach informed by Afro-diasporic, Caribbean and Latin American music — dancehall, kuduro, gqom, amapiano, baile funk.
On the rooftop, out in the open air, as the light fades, these aesthetics take on a different dimension.
