On the menu at Riddim Restaurant this May 1st at 211, from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM:
A French dubstep artist will have the honor of presiding over our kitchen: Ivory.
He will be joined by a trio of chefs: Yunit, Warlord, and Franco-American Kiru.
In our restaurant, each track is like a carefully prepared dish. The deep, punchy bass of the riddim evokes the robustness of a slowly simmered coq au vin, while the drops are the sonic equivalent of a rich, intense chocolate mousse.
The chefs have taken care to select seasonal, high-quality ingredients so you can savor refined cuisine.
Riddim Restaurant is where the cuisine of bass music meets French gastronomy.
