Babymetal World Tour 2026 hits Toronto on September 7, 2026 at RBC Amphitheatre. Born in Tokyo in 2010, BABYMETAL built a tight bridge between J-pop melodies and heavy metal weight, pairing sharp vocal lines with riff-driven power and choreographed energy. Led by Su-metal and Moametal, and joined since 2023 by Momometal, the trio pushes a stage format cut for big rooms with the live force of the Kami Band. From the debut Babymetal to Metal Resistance, Metal Galaxy and The Other One, the set reaches across eras and keeps contrast at the core of their sound.
On the bill, Halestorm brings a US hard rock edge shaped by Lzzy Hale’s lead voice and guitar, backed by Arejay Hale, Joe Hottinger and Josh Smith. Formed in Pennsylvania, the band blends post-grunge, alternative metal and classic rock DNA into direct songs with solid hooks, moving from punchy tracks to slower, heavier cuts. Their catalog runs from the 2009 debut to Vicious and Back from the Dead.
Opening, Violent Vira carries a darker alt-rock and modern metal tone. The Mexican American singer and songwriter emerged with I Don’t Care and God Complex, then defined her palette on the 2023 EP Till’ Death Was Never Enough: dense guitars, tense melodies and a front-forward voice. On stage, the project tightens into a focused rock setup built for impact.
