Worakls Orchestra, Tempodrom, Berlin

Worakls, aka Kevin Rodrigues, comes from a classical background and reimagines electronic music with an orchestra. The Parisian producer blends melodic techno and electronica structures with influences from classical, rock and electro. He first gained recognition through releases on his collective Hungry Music, but it was his album Orchestra that consistently distilled what defines his sound: powerful orchestrations, driving melodies and ethereal soundscapes.

With the Worakls Orchestra he brings these pieces to the stage, translating his tracks into live arrangements for ensemble and electronics. Between pulsing patterns and wide‑ranging harmonies a tension arises that is more reminiscent of film music than a club track, without sacrificing the energy of dance music. Worakls conducts the ensemble himself and performs from the keyboard, which keeps the flow tight and organic.

On 3 April 2026 at the Tempodrom in Berlin he will present a selection from Orchestra and newer compositions, reimagined for strings, brass and synths. The evening will show how precisely his electronic themes can breathe, grow and unfold in dialogue with a live orchestra — a concert format that quietly shifts the boundaries between the concert hall and the dance floor.
