Ary Abittan « Authentique »

Ary Abittan returns to the stage with Authentique, his new one-man show, at the Palais des Congrès du Futuroscope in Chasseneuil‑du‑Poitou on November 19, 2026. After a hiatus, he opens a more personal chapter and recounts what drives him today: fatherhood, love, resilience. He studies the couple, reaches back into childhood memories, and lets the conversation flow between intimate confessions and comic asides. His taste for characters is apparent, as is a very physical performance and a sense of rhythm that moves from laughter to more sensitive moments without skipping a beat.

He speaks of his misadventures, his doubts, his rebirths and his hopes, unfiltered, blending stand-up with character theatre. Scenes follow one another like fragments of life, carried by direct writing and a confident stage presence. Authentique marks a return refocused on the intimate, where the artist turns the hiccups of everyday life into stage material and invites everyone to recognize themselves, between bursts of laughter and small jolts to the heart.
