Kalika

Kalika is at 6MIC in Aix-en-Provence on November 27, 2026 for a concert centered on her French-language pop—direct and electronic. After the EP J’ai pleuré, arguably her most intimate project, she follows up with MA CLAQUE, a second trash-pop album where confession rubs up against blunt, direct songwriting. Her music pushes toward a more immersive alternative pop, woven from repetitive motifs, darker atmospheres and a constant balance between melody and texture.

Honed by more than 200 shows since her first album, Kalika has made the stage her preferred arena for expression. Beneath a discreet nature she projects a clear, physical presence that gives her songs another dimension. You can hear the abrasive energy of Alice Glass or the assurance of Catherine Ringer, while still keeping a gift for hooks that stay in the mind. In Aix she will present new tracks and revisit those that forged her identity, between electronic pulses, alternative pop and confessions that get straight to the point.
