Brnt with Mahmut Orhan

Mahmut Orhan arrives in Madrid on May 29, 2026 for a DJ set at Sala Lab/Wagon, Chamartín Station. An Istanbul-based producer and DJ active since the early 2010s, he has defined a sound situated between deep house, melodic house and a restrained, electronic-pop vein. His tracks blend laid-back basslines, string arrangements and Eastern motifs, with the voice positioned as a central element. With "Feel," together with Turkish singer Sena Şener (2016), he consolidated that blend and opened a period of vocal collaborations, remixes and performances in clubs and festivals across Europe and the Middle East. In the booth he fashions melodic passages and effective club rhythms, incorporates sampled acoustic instruments and Anatolian or Balkan touches, and plays with structures that approach the song form. In Madrid his set will traverse recognizable original tracks, recent edits and reinterpretations signed by him, with attention to melodic dynamics and the progressive construction of the groove.
