Emerging from Madrid’s clubs and with a repertoire rooted in the street and social chronicle, his career runs alongside La Movida and unfolds on key records such as his 1978 debut, Barriobajero (1979) and Arañando la ciudad (1981), before opening up to new wave and power-pop inflections on Ramoncinco (1984) and Como el fuego (1987), and then returning in the ’90s with Fe ciega (1993).

On stage, Ramoncín is backed by a classically styled band, with guitars up front and a rhythm section that supports both the speedier numbers and the more narrative passages. The set proposes a journey through different phases, alternating direct cuts and reworkings that update a repertoire built over decades.
