Slaughter to Prevail « Summer Tour 2026 »

Slaughter to Prevail will perform on 2 August 2026 at the LKA-Longhorn in Stuttgart. Founded between Russia and the UK around vocalist Aleksandr "Alex Terrible" Shikolai and guitarist Jack Simmons, the band has, since the mid-2010s, forged a sound of high-tempo riffs, deep growls and heavy breakdowns. Their songs sit between modern death metal and deathcore, with lyrics alternating between English and Russian.

Live, the set stretches from the early singles and the EP Chapters of Misery through the debut Misery Sermon to Kostolom. Shifting tempos, double-bass runs and dense mosh parts drive the tracks forward; groovier passages and clearer structures provide contrast. Shikolai’s voice ranges from guttural lows to sharply delivered shouts, while Simmons keeps the guitar lines tight and rhythmically precise. The bilingual choruses remain a core feature, and newer tracks introduce more groove and variation into the arrangements. A direct, compact performance that hits the essence of their style.
