On Friday, April 3, 2026, Interference (Balma) hosts a two-part reggae/dub night. Big Red, one half of Raggasonic and a leading figure of French-language reggae, returns to the stage with Irie Ites Sound, a seminal crew in sound system culture. The live set alternates between classics that defined a generation and more recent tracks from his album Blood & Victory. His recognizable flow, direct energy and committed lyrics unfold over a sound where reggae roots meet dub and contemporary bass-music textures shaped by Irie Ites.
In the second part, La Bouture Dub meets Taiwan MC. La Bouture, active in the south for nearly a decade, deploys its dub while Taiwan MC, at the crossroads of rap, ragga and sound system culture, delivers toasts and hooks. A live format tailored for those who appreciate dub versions, French-language flows and dancehall rhythms, with heavy bass and a constant dialogue between MC and machines.
