This event is in solidarity with the people of Iran and raises funds for VPNs to bypass severe internet filtering.
Disco Tehran is a shared space of diasporic memory, joy, grief, and resistance. A place where music becomes a way of creating connection and holding space together.
Disco Tehran is a warm discotheque with live shows by local and international bands. It is a multicultural event that connects the world to the 1970s venues in Tehran.
Each party explores throwbacks and rare music from the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. The event takes place on 20 March 2026 at 20h00 at Gretchen, Berlin.
