Sound architect of the Droogz Brigade and prolific producer, Toulouse beatmaker Al’Tarba celebrates the release of his new album Irwin’s Lands with a release party at Badaboum (11th arrondissement, Paris) on April 25, 2026. After exploring horrorcore and eerie nursery rhymes on La Fin des Contes, he returns as a solo artist with a project that extends his taste for narrative universes and dark atmospheres, blending instrumental hip‑hop, abrasive textures and a cinematic attention to detail.

True to his digger’s instinct, he assembles samples and grooves for a record where hip‑hop crosses paths with punk energy, electronic machinery and reggae pulse. On stage, Al’Tarba presents a rethought live show: a set constructed like a film, new imagery and staging, taut transitions, vaporous breaths and then darker turns, oscillating between reverie and nightmare. It’s an occasion to let his rough beats, melancholic ambiences and industrial inflections speak, in a format that links his independent rap culture to more experimental electronic music.
