Christelle Chollet « Culottée »

Christelle Chollet returns to the stage to celebrate her 20-year career with Culottée, her new musical one-woman show, at the Théâtre de la Tour Eiffel in Paris on 15 November 2026. A comedian, singer and actress—first noticed in L’Empiafée and later in Comic-Hall, N°5 de Chollet and Reconditionnée—she cultivates a distinctive blend of stand-up, sketches and vocal performance, delivered at a brisk pace.

Accompanied live by her musicians, she presents a gallery of characters and everyday heroes, lampooning our foibles, contradictions and small acts of cowardice, and stretching the exaggeration just enough to make us wince and laugh. Culottée plunges directly into the present moment: observations on society, detours into pop and musical standards, sudden shifts, improvisations and sharp, catchy refrains.

Between rapid-fire verbal exchanges and songs, the show moves from biting satire to genuine emotion, with her knack for seizing a detail and turning it inside out until it becomes comic. A hybrid format in which humour dialogues with music and current events serve as the raw material.
