Christelle Chollet « Culottée »

Christelle Chollet celebrates her 20th year on stage with Culottée, a new show in which she blends comedy, song and a strong sense of rhythm. Accompanied live by her musicians, she weaves a hybrid format of stand-up, sketches and songs to portray our times without taking herself too seriously. Her trademark is on display: shifting from storytelling to vocal performance, from laughter to emotion, and bringing to life a gallery of fully formed characters—everyday heroines, loudmouths or mischievous spirits. She probes what annoys us and what keeps us going, explores blind spots, uses irony to defuse seriousness and turns small storms into stage material. After L’Empiafée, Comic-Hall, N°5 de Chollet and Reconditionnée, Culottée pushes the blend of comedy and music further, with a live sound that supports the performance and material written specifically for the stage.
