Yot Club

Yot Club is the project of American musician Ryan Kaiser, born between the Mississippi and Nashville bedrooms where he started recording on his own. His songs blend indie pop and bedroom pop with a light touch of surf and new wave: clean, slightly overdriven guitars, simple, looping rhythms, and a hushed vocal that keeps everything close to the chest. It’s music that sketches everyday scenes, suburban boredom and the urge to slip away.

After a string of online tracks, YKWIM? found a wider audience and pushed the project into view. The 2022 album off the grid nudged the formula toward quicker tempos and melodic post‑punk structures without losing the laid-back mood. On stage, Yot Club comes as a full band, sharpening the edges and giving these intimate tracks a bit more drive, while keeping the focus on hooks and small details that stick.

Yot Club plays on June 3, 2026 at Biltmore Cabaret in Vancouver. Expect a set that moves between shimmering guitar lines, compact grooves and that low-key, melancholic tone that made the project catch on in the first place, revisited with the energy of a live group.
