Heldmaschine

On March 27, 2026, Heldmaschine will perform at Roxy Concerts in Flensburg. The quintet from Koblenz broke away from the Völkerball tribute project and consistently focused on their own material. Musically, the band operates within Neue Deutsche Härte (NDH) — between industrial metal and electronic rock. The sound is built on massive guitars, mechanically precise rhythms and prominent synth sequences that give the songs a clear, driving structure. The lyrics, consistently in German, address social, technological and personal themes. This is complemented by a cool, machine-like aesthetic that the band carries through visually on stage.

With albums such as Himmelskörper (2017), the live recording Im Fadenkreuz (2018), Hölle auf Erden (2019) and Radioaktiv (2021), the band sharpened its profile and pushed melodic choruses and electronic arrangements further into the foreground. For years Heldmaschine has been touring the German-speaking region, playing clubs and alternative festivals and asserting their place in the current NDH landscape. In Flensburg the group will present a compact set of hefty riffs, precise patterns and clear hooks — direct, energetic and without frills.
