Patson « Baltazar »

Patson returns with Baltazar, an American-style stand-up where he performs unfiltered for his audience. Discovered at the Jamel Comedy Club, born in the Ivory Coast and now based in France, he has developed a very oral, streetwise language nourished by urban cultures and diasporas—from the Ivory Coast to the French Caribbean and metropolitan France. An observer of everyday life, he shoots jokes at everything and everyone, with that dry delivery, direct rapport with the crowd and his trademark footwork. From "Yes we can, papa" to "Dr. Patson, Rirotherapist," you find his signatures: family stories, neighborhood tales and travel anecdotes, that blend of slang, nouchi (Ivorian slang) and punchlines.
