On August 15, 2026 at RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto, Alexisonfire brings its post-hardcore blend of grit and melody back on stage. Formed in St. Catharines in 2001, the band has built a sound that moves between abrasive guitars, shouted passages and clear, tuneful choruses. From the urgency of the self-titled debut and Watch Out! to the darker weight of Crisis and the drive of Old Crows / Young Cardinals, the group has kept evolving, most recently with Otherness in 2022, where their punk roots meet more atmospheric touches.
Underoath joins the bill with a trajectory that runs from early metalcore to a broader post-hardcore palette. Founded in Florida in 1997, the band is known for the push-and-pull of harsh and clean vocals, dense guitars and synths. They opened up their sound on They’re Only Chasing Safety and Define the Great Line, then folded in alternative and electronic elements on Erase Me and Voyeurist, carrying that mix into their live set.
